Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a company in Terrell to fill a Loadmaster position!

  • $20/hr
  • Mon-Thurs, 6am-4:30pm - OT as needed on Fridays

Key Responsibilities

  • Load and unload trucks using overhead cranes and sit-down forklifts.
  • Assist with inventory management and quality control (Q/C).
  • Handle all shipping paperwork and related communications.
  • Occasionally drop off trusses using a non-CDL pickup truck.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience operating overhead cranes and sit-down forklifts.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks.
  • Strong work ethic: A go-getter who is reliable, punctual, and committed to career development.
  • Willingness to work in varying conditions (hot/cold temperatures, potentially dirty environment due to steel work).
  • Must pass a drug screen.
