Apprentice HVAC Installer

Location: Grand Forks ND

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm

Pay: $17 - $20/hr

 

Key Responsibilities
• Assist journeyman installers with residential and light commercial HVAC installations
• Carry, stage, and organize tools and materials on job sites
• Install ductwork, vents, line sets, and basic equipment components under supervision
• Maintain clean and safe job sites
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Learn proper installation techniques, code requirements, and equipment setup

Required Skills
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Ability to use basic hand tools and power tools
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to follow instructions

Experience Required
• No prior HVAC experience required
• Construction or trade experience preferred but not required

Education / Certifications
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver’s license
