We are looking for an experienced Fencing Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our fencing division. This role is responsible for managing crews, coordinating projects, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and confident leading a team in the field.

Responsibilities

• Manage fencing crews and daily job assignments
• Oversee residential and/or commercial fencing projects from start to finish
• Ensure quality workmanship and job site safety
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and scheduling
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
• Train, coach, and support fencing installers
• Track project progress and resolve issues as they arise
• Maintain timelines, productivity, and cost control

Qualifications

• 3+ years of fencing or construction experience (lead or management preferred)
• Strong leadership and team-management skills
• Knowledge of fencing types (wood, vinyl, chain link, iron, etc.)
• Ability to read plans and manage multiple projects
• Reliable, organized, and solution-oriented
• Valid driver’s license required
