Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Long-Term Care Location: Cutler Bay, FL Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM Schedule Requirement: Must work weekends Pay Rate: $40–$42 per hour (based on experience)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Long-Term Care (LTC) facility in the Cutler Bay area. The ideal candidate is compassionate, dependable, and experienced in providing high-quality care to residents in a skilled nursing environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor and assess residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately
Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
Requirements:
Active Florida RN license (in good standing)
Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (LTC experience preferred)
Strong clinical and assessment skills
Ability to lead and work collaboratively with the healthcare team
Must be available to work 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift
Must be available to work weekends
