We are looking for a skilled Saw Operator to work in Wills Point!

• $17/hr
• Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm
• Operate automatic bundle saws and related automation equipment to cut metal bundles, sheets, and components according to job specifications.
• Load and unload materials into the saw, ensuring proper bundling and alignment for precise cuts.
• Monitor automated processes, adjust settings as needed, and perform routine maintenance on saw equipment to maintain optimal performance.
• Inspect cut pieces for quality, accuracy, and adherence to tolerances, using measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Follow safety protocols, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), to ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members in fabrication, welding, and finishing departments to support production workflows.
• Maintain accurate records of cuts, material usage, and production output.
• Assist with general shop duties, such as organizing materials and cleaning work areas, as required.
