Express Employment Professionals Paris, TX is seeking applicants for a Service Technician position! We are a full-service Staffing Firm where we work with companies in Paris, TX that have full-time, part-time and temporary. Since we cannot guarantee placement, there is no fee for using our services!

In this role, you will:

🔧 Equipment Diagnosis & Repair

  • Troubleshoot and repair copiers, printers, and related IT equipment both onsite and in-shop
  • Accurately diagnose mechanical, electrical, and basic network-related issues

🛠 Preventative Maintenance & Installation

  • Perform routine maintenance on office equipment
  • Install and configure copiers, printers, and related systems
  • Ensure equipment operates at optimal performance levels

📋 Customer Support & Documentation

  • Provide professional technical support to clients
  • Clearly communicate repair updates and recommendations
  • Document all service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities accurately

We like to hear from candidates with the following:

  • Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
  • Basic understanding of networking and computer systems preferred
  • Previous IT or technical repair experience preferred
  • Experience with copier/printer repair is a plus
  • Entry-level candidates with strong technical aptitude are encouraged to apply (training provided)
