Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

We are looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong construction background who is looking to grow into a supervisor role.

The ideal candidate will have solid carpentry and construction skills, the ability to read blueprints, and the leadership qualities needed to help complete projects safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside the lead to complete assigned construction projects and tasks.
• Use a variety of hand tools and power tools.
• Accurately read and use a tape measure.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities and leadership duties as experience and performance allow.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Carpenter, Construction Lead, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices and tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong measuring and layout skills.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
