Industrial Painter
Located in Comstock Park, MI
Salary: $20.00/HR+
Industrial Painter Job Summary: HVAC Equipment company producing high efficiency air management systems on the northwest side of town is looking for an Industrial Painter to join their team.
Industrial Painter Responsibilities:
- Painting with an airless paint system and finish system
- Experience painting large items with steady even hand for no drips/runs
- Prepping and cleaning product for painting
- Audit and inspect own work
- Maintain and inspect painting and finishing equipment
- Organize product flow into and out of the paint/wash booths
- Working in wash bay area, hanging parts, washing them, drying them
- Use variety of hand tools
- Ability to learn how to operate a Hilo
- Maintain clean work area
- Comply with all safety requirements
Schedule & Pay:
- 1st shift 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday – Thursday with overtime as required
- $20.00/HR based on experience
Industrial Painter Qualifications:
- Prior painting experience
- Will need to know about the mixture of chemicals for paint and possibly spray foam
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
- Flexibility and ability to move from project to project with minimal supervision
- Self-directed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
