Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Warehouse Driver for a full-time, 1st shift opportunity in Greensboro, NC. This position involves operating a 26-foot box truck for local deliveries while also assisting in warehouse operations, including loading and unloading materials.

We are seeking a reliable, safety-focused candidate with a valid DOT Medical Card and clean MVR. A CDL is not required but is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Driver, your responsibilities will include:

Operating a 26-foot box truck for local deliveries.
Loading and unloading materials manually at delivery sites and within the warehouse.
Securing loads properly and verifying shipment accuracy.
Performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Maintaining compliance with DOT safety standards.
Assisting with warehouse duties when not on deliveries.
Supporting inventory organization and staging.
Ensuring all paperwork and delivery documentation is accurate.
Maintaining a clean and organized vehicle and work area.

Requirements

Valid DOT Medical Card required.
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required.
Experience driving a 26-foot box truck preferred.
CDL is not required, but is a plus.
Ability to lift and move heavy materials consistently.
Comfortable with both driving and warehouse responsibilities.
Strong time management and route efficiency skills.
Reliable attendance and consistent work history preferred.
Safety-conscious mindset.

Skills & Qualifications

Local delivery driving experience.
Material handling and load securement knowledge.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and stay on schedule.
Forklift experience a plus.

Shifts & Hours

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday – Friday
Full-Time
Overtime may be available as needed

Location: Greensboro, NC

Pay & Benefits

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour, based on experience.
Weekly pay through Express Employment Professionals.
