Job Description

Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Skilled Warehouse Associate for a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. This is a full-time opportunity for candidates who are comfortable floating between roles, operating various forklifts, and performing physically demanding work.

We are specifically seeking individuals with a strong, tenured work history who can demonstrate reliability, consistency, and prior warehouse experience.

Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Associate, your responsibilities will include:

Floating between warehouse functions based on operational needs.
Performing material handling and product staging.
Loading and unloading trucks manually and with equipment.
Stacking, wrapping, and securing pallets for shipment.
Picking materials accurately for packaging and order fulfillment.
Supporting shipping and receiving operations.
Operating forklifts including:
- Sit-Down
- Stand-Up
- Reach Truck
- Cherry Picker
Conducting quality checks to verify order accuracy.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace.

Requirements

Prior warehouse experience required.
Forklift experience (Sit, Stand, Reach, Cherry Picker) strongly preferred.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs consistently.
Strong attention to detail and efficiency.
Tenured and verifiable work history required.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to adapt and support multiple warehouse departments.
Safety-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Skills & Qualifications

Equipment operation and warehouse safety knowledge.
Experience in picking, packing, palletizing, and staging.
Shipping and receiving familiarity.
Strong productivity and time-management skills.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.

Shifts & Hours

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
3rd Shift: 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM
Full-Time
Overtime may be available based on production needs
