Salary: $18.00 / hr - $23.00 / hr

Experience required:

Job Summary:

Assist with residential home remodeling projects, supporting various phases of renovation and improvement work.
Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites to help keep projects on schedule.
Participate in new construction framing, assisting with layout, assembly, and structural installation.
Maintain a clean and organized job site by removing debris and properly storing materials.
Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned to support overall project needs.

Location: Bloomington, IN

Pay: $18.00 / hr - $23.00 / hr

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday-Friday

Qualifications:

Ability to be on your feet for the entirety of the shift
Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 50 lbs; able to lift sheets of plywood approx. 35 lbs consistently
Ability to work outside
Must work and interact effectively and professionally with others on the team
Maintain regular and punctual attendance
Must comply with quality standards
Excellent communication skills and professionalism
Ability to work independently, as well as in a collaborative environment
Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
