Industrial Maintenance Technician, (will train)

Pay: $18.00 per hour
Location: Delaware, OH

Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring for an Industrial Maintenance Technician. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in an industrial or manufacturing environment. Training is provided for motivated candidates with some mechanical aptitude and basic knowledge of manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Preventive Maintenance

• Clean, lubricate, and inspect machinery on a regular schedule
• Perform routine maintenance to prevent unplanned equipment breakdowns
• Maintain accurate maintenance records

Troubleshooting & Repair

• Detect, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Replace or repair defective components
• Assist with equipment upgrades and improvements

Qualifications:

• Some knowledge or experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Training will be provided for the right candidate with a strong work ethic and desire to grow.
