Express Employment Professionals is now hiring for a Customer Service Representative in Colorado Springs! The CSR is responsible for being a frontline position for a small manufacturing company.  You will be the first-point-of-contact and director of first impressions for the organization.  

Key Responsibilities

• Answering incoming phone calls from customers and potential customers
• Support customers with order support, process payments and provide insight on available products
• Recommend additional products and services available for maximum upselling outcomes
• Provide general administrative support as needed

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience in a Customer Service or Office Support role
• Proactive thinker with enthusiasm for technology and AI solutions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Work Environment

• Onsite/non-remote position, office environment
• May require lifting up to  25lbs
• Non-Smoking work site
