Full Time; Start times vary between 4:00am to 9:00am
Not bus accessible. Reliable transportation required

We are seeking motivated Production Team Members to join a modern production facility featuring cutting edge equipment and amenities. This is a hands on position ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced industrial environment and being part of a strong team.

What You’ll Do

• Set up molds and assemble rebar cages
• Pour and finish concrete while maintaining a safe work environment
• Operate hand and power tools, as well as measuring devices
• Operate mobile equipment and cranes
• Work safely around suspended loads and high tension strand
• Access scaffolding and elevated platforms
• Assist with general labor duties and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Construction or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to read a tape measure
• Basic math skills
• Experience using basic hand and power tools
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
