Monday - Friday, 7am - 4pm

Position Overview

The Equipment Mechanic is responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a variety of pump, power, and HVAC equipment. This role involves both shop-based work and travel to customer job sites. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on generators, diesel engines, electrical distribution equipment, commercial HVAC systems, and oil-free air compressors

• Diagnose equipment issues accurately in both shop and field environments

• Travel to customer job sites as required

• Complete and maintain electronic work orders daily

• Assist with equipment setup, delivery, and parts coordination

• Follow OSHA standards and safe work practices at all times

• Support and assist in training junior-level technicians

Expected Results

• Timely and accurate diagnosis and repair of equipment

• Minimized equipment downtime

• Complete and accurate electronic documentation

• Consistent adherence to safety standards

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, move, stoop, and bend freely throughout the day

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Must be clean shaven when required for customer job site compliance
