Salary: $22.00 - $24.00 DOE

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator. This is a full-time position working approximately 35 hours per week. The role is in-office to start, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once fully trained. This position will not be fully remote, as regular in-office presence is required to collaborate with staff and support team operations.

Schedule

The core work hours fall within normal business hours (Monday–Friday). There is some flexibility in start and end times based on operational needs and mutual agreement.

Position Overview

The Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting daily office operations, assisting staff, and ensuring efficient workflow. This position requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to office staff
  • Coordinate communication between team members
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with scheduling and internal coordination
  • Respond to questions and provide support to staff as needed
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
