United Grain Corporation is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Grain Elevator Technician I to join our team. This is an entry-level, hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a team that supports the agricultural industry.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with grain receiving, weighing, storing, drying, blending, and loading operations

• Monitor grain quality and equipment performance

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs

• Maintain clean and safe work areas

• Operate machinery, conveyors, scales, hand tools, and motorized equipment

• Follow all safety policies and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Mechanical aptitude preferred

• Agricultural experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work as part of a team

• Strong reliability and work ethic

• Willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons

Physical & Work Environment:

• Indoor and outdoor work in all weather conditions

• Exposure to grain dust and moderate to loud noise

• Frequent lifting up to 50 lbs (occasionally more)

• Work in confined spaces at times

• Required use of personal protective equipment
