We are currently recruiting for a Regional Sales Manager role in Port Coquitlam. This is a full-time & permanent role at a global leader in natural light solutions.

Requirements:

•    Demonstrated success in leading small sales teams, with 3–5 years of leadership and outside sales experience
•    Strong written and verbal communication abilities, including confident presentation skills
•    Proven track record in setting goals, prioritizing tasks, and developing effective plans
•    Skilled in building customer relationships and driving engagement
•    Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
•    Maintains a professional demeanor and a positive, team‑focused attitude
•    Holds a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
•    Comfortable working at heights and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
•    Bachelor’s degree preferred

Duties:

•    Lead, coach, and motivate the regional Outside Sales Team to meet and exceed territory business objectives
•    Build and sustain strong relationships with builders, contractors, architects, dealers, and end customers
•    Execute a well‑structured annual territory plan designed to drive consistent sales growth
•    Deliver professional sales presentations that effectively showcase VELUX products and solutions
•    Visit job sites to offer product recommendations, prepare quotes, and provide hands‑on field expertise
•    Train industry partners on correct product usage, application, and installation techniques
•    Oversee territory budgets to ensure resources are used efficiently and profitability is maximized
•    Maintain accurate CRM updates and complete administrative tasks such as scheduling, follow‑ups, and prospecting in a timely manner
•    Contribute to special assignments and strategic initiatives as requested by the National Sales Manager
