Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well‑established, values‑driven financial advisory firm in Frederick, MD to hire a Wealth Advisor. This is an in‑office role supporting a team that is deeply committed to serving clients with integrity, thoughtful guidance, and a long‑term relationship mindset.

Key Responsibilities
•     Provide comprehensive financial advising across the full client lifecycle
•     Represent and support the firm’s proprietary investment portfolios, which are aligned with socially responsible and stewardship‑focused principles
•     Conduct basic financial planning and collaborate closely with the internal tax and planning team
•     Assess client needs, help design solutions, and present recommendations in client meetings
•     Guide clients through the planning process with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
•     Identify opportunities within financial strategies and stay engaged in continual learning about new products and solutions
•     Manage and grow client relationships with a focus on long‑term trust and service

Qualifications
•     Series 65 or 66 license required
•     Minimum 2 years of experience as a financial advisor or in a similar advisory role
•     Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, and client relationship management
•     Ability to work effectively with internal specialists to deliver holistic client solutions
•     A mindset that is team‑oriented, positive, hardworking, and “other‑focused”
•     Comfort representing investment portfolios guided by stewardship‑based and socially responsible principles

Compensation
Compensation is competitive and commensurate with experience. Advisors who bring an existing client base may be eligible for higher compensation depending on assets under management.
