Salary: $45000/Annum

Our client, leading distributor of facility maintenance and appliance parts in Mississauga, Ontario, is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join their team full-time and make an impact in a supportive, dynamic environment.

 

Must be available to work on-site during the probationary period, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule once fully trained.

 

Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
• Process orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions
• Proactively generate sales through outbound calls and follow-ups
• Maintain strong product knowledge of appliance and facility maintenance parts
• Support branch operations including inventory checks and order coordination
• Collaborate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity documentation
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance metrics

 

Qualifications

• 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or related experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Results-driven with a proactive sales mindset
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of appliance parts or facility maintenance products is an asset
• Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
