Parts Inventory Associate

Salary: $20-$24/hour

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Parts Inventory Associate for a local company in the Dubuque area. This role works closely with customer service and planning teams to ensure parts inventory is received, tracked, and shipped accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, label, and stock incoming parts in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain organized inventory records including part numbers, barcodes, and bin locations
• Inspect incoming shipments for damage and document discrepancies
• Prepare and stage orders for shipment
• Assist with cycle counts, inventory research, and discrepancy resolution
• Keep warehouse, counter, and work areas clean and organized
• Support general warehouse and inventory duties as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Prior warehouse, inventory, or parts experience helpful but not required
• Ability to obtain forklift certification
• Comfortable using computer systems/ERP software and Microsoft Office
• Strong math, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stand for extended periods, and climb ladders as needed
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
