Located in Spartanburg, SC

Responsible for maintenance, repair, and improvement of company facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, landscaping, and Koi Pond care.

Performs preventative maintenance, inspects buildings and grounds, troubleshoots mechanical systems, and responds to emergencies.

Entry-level role with 3–5 years of facility experience preferred.

 Requires forklift, scissor lift, and boom lift certifications, SC driver’s license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks safely.

6-week contract assignment.

$23- $24 an hour.
