Position: Team Lead Location: Casa Grande Schedule: Monday - Saturday 6am-4:30pm Pay: $20
The Manufacturing Team Lead is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the production floor, ensuring team members follow instructions, maintain quality standards, and meet deadlines. This role bridges communication between engineers, suppliers, and the production team.
Read and follow work instructions and blueprints.
Communicate with engineers and suppliers to clarify tasks.
Guide and instruct team members during production.
Monitor progress and troubleshoot issues.
Upload job-site photos and document updates.
Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
Help train new team members.
2+ years of manufacturing experience; leadership a plus.
Able to read technical documents and communicate clearly.
Basic computer skills and ability to upload images.
Strong organizational and team leadership skills.
