Position: Forklift Operator Location: Pineville Shift: 12-Hour Days (2/2/3 Rotating Schedule) Compensation: $14.00 per hour
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of goods within a light industrial environment. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured setting and takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace.
This role operates on a 2/2/3 schedule, which provides a consistent balance of work and personal time.
Structure: 2 days on, 2 days off, 3 days on.
Hours: [Insert Start Time] to [Insert End Time] (12-hour shifts).
Benefit: Every other weekend is a long weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off).
Operate powered industrial trucks to load, unload, and move materials throughout the facility.
Pick, wrap, and stage orders accurately for outbound shipment.
Perform routine safety inspections on equipment.
Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation.
Adhere to all safety protocols and warehouse standards.
Attendance: Exceptional attendance and punctuality are mandatory.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in reading SKU numbers, labels, and order manifests.
Experience: Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or industrial setting is preferred.
Physical Ability: Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.
Communication: Ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
