Machine Attendant (Entry-Level) – Will Train

Shift: 1st Shift

About the Position:
We are seeking mechanically inclined individuals to join our Shape Room team as Machine Attendants. This is an entry-level role with on-the-job training. Candidates do not need experience with G-code or complex machine set-ups, but should be comfortable with basic manufacturing tasks. This is a great opportunity to grow in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Machine Attendant:

• Load and unload parts from machines
• Monitor machine cycle times
• Perform basic offset adjustments
• Track tool life
• Assist with minor troubleshooting of machines
• Support machinists and production team as needed

Requirements of the Machine Attendant:

• Mechanically inclined and able to follow instructions
• General manufacturing, automotive, farm equipment, or assembly experience is a plus
• Able to stand, walk, and lift as required in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
