Location: Ventura
Pay: $20-$21/hour
Schedule: Full-time, flexible 40-hour week

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role assembling and testing fiber optic cables, operating spooling and polishing machines, and ensuring all products meet high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test fiber optic cables

• Operate spooling and polishing equipment

• Inspect and package finished products

• Support other production tasks as needed

Requirements:

• High School Diploma

• US citizen or Permanent Resident

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions

• Excellent eye-hand coordination for handling fine fibers

• 1–2 years manufacturing experience preferred

• ISO9001 experience a plus
