Warehouse Worker – Records Storage Facility

Location: Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Full-Time)

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker to join our records storage team in Fort Myers, FL. This position is responsible for pulling, organizing, and storing records boxes, as well as operating a scissor lift to safe place and retrieve materials from elevated storage areas. This role requires strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work in a structured warehouse environment.

This is a non airconditioned facility.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Pull and retrieve records boxes based on order requests
• Accurately place boxes into designated storage locations
• Operate a scissor lift to access and store boxes on elevated shelving
• Ensure proper labeling and organization of all records
• Maintain accurate records of inventory movement
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
• Assist with general warehouse duties including organizing and housekeeping
• Handle confidential documents with professionalism and discretion

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Experience operating a scissor lift or willingness to be trained
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs regularly
• Comfortably working at heights while operating equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Work Environment

• Indoor, non-climate-controlled air conditioned warehouse
• Work involves standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Use of warehouse equipment including scissor lifts
