Kitchen Cabinet Painter

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in surface preparation, priming, and spraying or brushing cabinets to achieve smooth, professional finishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Remove cabinet doors, drawers, and hardware safely

• Clean, sand, and prepare surfaces for painting or refinishing

• Repair minor surface imperfections (filling, caulking, sanding)

• Apply primer and paint using spray equipment or fine-finish rollers/brushes

• Maintain clean and organized work areas

• Follow safety guidelines and proper ventilation procedures

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional painting experience (cabinet or fine finish preferred)

• Experience with HVLP or airless sprayers

• Strong knowledge of surface prep and finishing techniques

• Ability to produce smooth, factory-quality finishes
