Salary: $21.00/hour

Specialized Recruiting Group, Irvine is seeking a Receptionist for a well-run community association in the Irvine, CA area. This is a contract opportunity. Hours are 3:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. Compensation is $21.00/hour.

 

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist facility visitors
• Answer and process inbound calls
• Provide general clerical and administrative support

 

Requirements

• Previous front desk reception experience preferred
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Office software (e.g. Word, Excel)
• Professional, positive and friendly personality
• Excellent English communication skills
• History of dependability
