A growing landscaping company is seeking an entry level detail-oriented and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, professional, and comfortable handling both administrative tasks and customer interactions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service by answering phones, assisting customers, and greeting visitors in a professional manner

Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests with customers and field staff

Maintain and organize business documents, records, and filing systems (both digital and physical)

Assist with data entry and general administrative support

Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks for daily tasks such as documentation, tracking, and basic reporting

Support invoicing and basic bookkeeping functions as needed

Qualifications:

Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and QuickBooks (QB is a MUST) 

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and customer service skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Previous administrative or office experience preferred (landscaping or construction industry experience is a plus)

Pay Rate: $15.00 Per hour
