We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience with front-end loaders and excavators, a strong work ethic, and a customer-focused mindset.
Operate front-end loaders and excavators safely and efficiently
Deliver top-notch customer service by going the extra mile
Communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers
Maintain a positive and flexible attitude in varying weather conditions
Follow safety procedures and site regulations at all times
Minimum 1 year of front-end loader operation experience
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong commitment to customer service
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
