Job Description:
A local car dealership in Benton, TN is seeking a friendly and dependable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position is responsible for greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with basic paperwork, and providing general support to the sales and service departments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and a positive, professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone

• Schedule sales and service appointments

• Maintain customer records and process paperwork

• Support sales and service staff as needed

• Provide excellent customer service at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic computer proficiency

• Reliable and punctual
