Hours: 5:00 AM - 11:00 AM, 30-40 hours per week 7 days a week

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a range of breakfast pastries, breads, and other baked items according to recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following health and safety standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage supplies to ensure freshness and availability.
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff and management to ensure timely and high-quality service.
• Adapt recipes and techniques as needed based on feedback and seasonal ingredients.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a baking or pastry role REQUIRED 
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work early morning hours and handle a fast-paced environment.
