Job Title: Formulator

Starting Pay: $19.00 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Formulator to join our team. This role is ideal for a dependable, goal-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable using computers, and can effectively manage multiple tasks at once. The ideal candidate is a proactive “go-getter” who takes initiative and is committed to getting the job done right.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and formulate products according to established formulas and procedures

• Accurately measure, mix, and document materials

• Operate and navigate computer systems for data entry, tracking, and production records

• Follow safety and quality control guidelines at all times

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Assist with inventory tracking and material handling

• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs regularly

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills and comfort working with digital systems

• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
