Job Title: Pool Repair &Concrete Resurfacing General Labor

Location: Cape Coral, FL
Pay: $18-$20 (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, with occasional overtime

 

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Pool Repair & Resurfacing General Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with swimming pool renovations, including surface preparation, chipping, patching, resurfacing, and general repair work. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable working outdoors, and able to perform physically demanding tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with draining pools and preparing surfaces for resurfacing
• Chip out old plaster using pneumatic tools and equipment
• Apply new pool finishes such as marcite, quartz, or pebble surfaces
• Perform patching, crack repair, and surface smoothing
• Mix and handle plaster and other resurfacing materials
• Cleaning and preparing job sites before and after work is completed
• Assist with tile, coping, and minor structural repairs
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and air compressors safely
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards
• Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

Requirements

• Previous pool repair, plastering, construction, or concrete experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Ability to work outdoors in heat, humidity, and varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
• Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with pool plastering, resurfacing, or renovation
• Construction, concrete, or masonry experience
• Mechanical aptitude
