Production Worker – Hand Coater $18.00/hr (Night Shift)

 

Our client in the Willis area is seeking a dependable Production Worker – Deck for the night shift. This position involves hands-on production work in a fast-paced environment and requires physical stamina and attention to safety. Key Responsibilities

• Perform deck production tasks as assigned
• Cut rope and assist with pipe handling and preparation
• Roll and move pipe materials as needed
• Operate small hand tools including grinders and torches
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist team members to meet production deadlines

Physical Requirements

• Frequent bending and standing for extended periods
• Continuous walking back and forth throughout shift
• Ability to lift and move materials as required
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment

Qualifications

• Shift: 5:00 p.m. – 5:30 a.m.
  Schedule: Monday–Friday, some Saturdays required (hours may increase or decrease based on workload and deadlines)

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools, grinder, or torch is a plus
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
