Job Title: Data Entry / Customer Service Representative Pay: $21/hr Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm Location: Thousand Oaks, CA 91320
Job Overview: Our client in Thousand Oaks is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Data Entry / Customer Service Representative to join their team. This role requires someone who can thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
Manage high-volume phone calls and emails
Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Enter and update data accurately in company systems
Prioritize tasks effectively without becoming overwhelmed
Work collaboratively with internal team members
Qualifications:
Prior experience in data entry and customer service
Strong attention to detail
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Ability to handle high-volume communication in a fast-paced setting
Trainable and adaptable
Team-oriented mindset
