Production Manufacturing Technicians

Located in Round Rock, TX

Salary: $18.00 per hour

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company in Hutto, TX that produces advanced industrial equipment and systems. This organization operates in a high-quality, team-oriented production environment and offers long-term opportunity for dependable employees.

We are seeking motivated Production & Manufacturing Technicians to support various areas of the production floor, including substrate grinding and cutting, inspection, gluing robot support, and assembly operations. This is a hands-on role in a clean, organized manufacturing setting.

Assignments may include operating equipment, supporting automated processes, or performing detailed assembly work based on production needs and individual strengths. Every role plays a critical part in maintaining the company’s high-quality standards — this is a true team effort.

 

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM – hours my vary

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

 

Key Responsibilities:

·         Perform substrate grinding, precision cutting, and visual inspection

·         Operate and monitor production equipment according to established procedures

·         Support automated gluing operations, including removal of excess glue from jigs

·         Assemble components accurately following blueprints or work instructions

·         Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards — quality is the top priority in every stage of production

·         Maintain a clean and organized workspace

·         Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE

·         Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

 

Qualifications:

·         High School Diploma or equivalent preferred

·         Previous manufacturing, assembly, machining, or inspection experience preferred

·         Strong attention to detail and quality

·         Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

·         Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity

·         Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to (insert weight requirement)

·         Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
