Job Title: Warehouse Associate / Pick & Pack

Location: Durand, WI
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $19.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Pick and prepare customer orders accurately in a warehouse setting

• Package and label products for shipment

• Perform data entry into an automated warehouse system

• Organize and maintain inventory and work areas

• Ensure orders are completed accurately and efficiently

• Work independently while supporting overall team productivity

• Assist with additional warehouse duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable work ethic

• Ability to work independently and stay task-focused

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• Previous warehouse or pick/pack experience is a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
