Position Overview

Express Employment Professionals – Forest Lake is seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Crew Lead for a company located in Hugo, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy leading a team, working outdoors, and taking pride in high‑quality landscape and hardscape work.

Pay & Schedule

Hourly Pay: $27–$33 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM until job completion

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Employment Type: Evaluation-to-Hire

Location: Hugo, MN

Key Responsibilities

• Perform hardscape and softscape installations

• Shrub trimming and tree trimming

• General landscape labor

• Equipment maintenance and basic mechanical tasks

• Miscellaneous landscaping duties as assigned

• Safely drive trucks and trailers; load/unload equipment

• Supervise 4–6 crew members on job sites

• Ensure all work meets project specifications and company standards

Qualifications

• Strong leadership skills

• Mechanical aptitude

• Equipment maintenance knowledge

• Ability to drive trucks and trailers

• Customer service experience

• Time management skills

• Skid steer operation: minimum 2 years (4–5 years preferred)

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Reliable, driven, accountable, and self‑motivated
