Salary: $80,000+ DOE

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist in Midland, TX who is ready to grow with a stable company offering benefits and long-term career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage employee onboarding and employee packets

• Process payroll

• Draft and update company policies and procedures

• Handle employee relations and workplace situations professionally

• Maintain consistent email communication

• Work independently and make sound decisions

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2–3 years of experience in an HR role

• Strong Excel skills (advanced level preferred)

• Experience with DocuSign

• QuickBooks knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power BI

• Reliable and detail-oriented

• High School Diploma required

• Bachelor’s degree is a plus
