Location: Victoria, TXPay: $15.00 per hour
Monday – Thursday: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Full-Time Position
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Window Installer Helper to assist with residential and commercial window installation projects. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working outdoors, and learning a skilled trade.
Assist lead installers with window installation and removal
Load, unload, and transport windows, materials, and tools
Prepare job sites and maintain a clean work area
Measure, hold, and position windows during installation
Seal, secure, and finish installations as directed
Follow safety procedures and company standards
Perform general labor duties as assigned
Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ pounds
Comfortable working outdoors and on ladders
Experience with hand and power tools preferred (not required)
Ability to work well as part of a team
Construction or installation experience is a plus
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Consistent full-time hours
Weekly paycheck
