Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Location: Manufacturing Facility (Non-Climate Controlled)
We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join our team. This role supports daily production line operations and requires strong attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
30-minute lunch break (11:00 AM – 11:30 AM)
One morning break and one afternoon break (based on line performance goals)
Facility is not climate controlled
No cell phones permitted on the production floor
Ability to lift between 2 lbs and 30 lbs
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Each production line includes the following roles:
Filler – Operates the filling machine and sets the pace for the production line.
Weigher – Ensures each pouch meets required weight specifications.
Sealer – Operates sealing equipment to properly seal product pouches.
Packout – Packs sealed pouches into boxes and stacks completed boxes onto pallets.
The Weigher, Sealer, and Packout roles are considered entry-level positions and may rotate daily to support operational needs.
