Production Operator

We are seeking motivated and dependable Production Operators to join our manufacturing team in Gulfport, Mississippi. Production Operators play a key role in the safe and efficient production of high-quality building materials. Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards
• Perform routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Maintain production flow and meet daily production targets
• Follow all safety policies and procedures
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Accurately complete production documentation and logs
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with material handling and packaging as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and overtime as required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
