Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Laborer to join a concrete operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience in heavy labor environments, be able to operate a forklift safely, and work efficiently in all weather conditions. This role requires flexibility, dedication, and a willingness to work overtime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift and other equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, and transport materials on-site.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of tools and equipment.
• Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and snow.
• Assist with general labor tasks as needed to support project deadlines.
• Be available for overtime or extended hours during peak periods.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in concrete work or construction preferred.
• Proven experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Flexible with work hours, including overtime when necessary.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow company protocols.
