Express is seeking MOG welders to apply for a Great company in Bagdad. 1st shift hours Monday - Thursday 6:30am to 3:30pm & Friday 6:30am - 12:30pm . 

Responsibilities:

MIG welding on barges involves specialized marine fabrication and repair, often using high-amperage pulsed MIG for thick steel or aluminum hull, deck, and structural repairs. Barge welders must be skilled in out-of-position, overhead, and vertical welding, often working in shipyards or on-site to maintain vessel integrity.

• Roles: Barge welders, shipfitters, and marine structural fabricators.
• Responsibilities: Cutting, grinding, and welding steel or aluminum plates, often involving heavy, industrial-grade materials.
• Pay: Barge welders often earn competitive wages, ranging from $19-$31/hr, with shipyard salaries often reaching $60k-$74k annually.
• Safety: The job requires working at heights and in confined spaces, demanding strict safety compliance.
