Schedule

• Monday–Friday, 1^st shift

Pay

·         $20/hr BOE

Responsibilities

• Spray clear lacquer on custom wood railings, handrails, and related products
• Operate and maintain industrial spray equipment
• Work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced production environment
• Load, move, and carry racks throughout the shift (medium lifting required)
• Ensure consistent finish quality and attention to detail

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience using industrial spray equipment
• Experience spraying clear lacquer required
• Background in cabinet or furniture finishing preferred
• Ability to maintain speed and quality in a production-driven environment

**Note: Residential/house painting experience alone is typically not a fit due to production speed requirements.**

• Good upper body strength and ability to frequently carry racks
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
