2nd Shift Trainer

Located in Columbus, IN

Salary: $19/hr

Job Summary/Company Information: 

 

An automotive manufacturing company in Columbus, IN is hiring a Trainer to their team. 

 

 

Trainer's Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on training to new and existing team members.
• Verify that all products meet required safety and quality standards.
• Audit production lines to ensure work instructions and procedures are being followed correctly.
• Model safe work habits and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Assist on the production line when coverage is needed.
• Work overtime when required to support production needs.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

 

Schedule: 2nd Shift

• Monday-Friday
• 3pm-12am
• Overtime as needed

Trainer's Benefits/ Pay:

• $21.50/HR

Qualifications:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive use of hands and fingers.
• Regular reaching and occasional stooping during work activities.
• Must occasionally lift or move items weighing more than 25 lbs.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (helpful but not required).
• Capability to handle problem-solving, adapt to changing conditions, and maintain professionalism.
• Prefers previous training experience.
