A company in Carrollton has an opening for an experienced Customer Service Representative. This candidate will be responsible for answering questions, resolving issues, answering phones and providing information about products and services. 

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of customer service experience at the same company
• Highschool Diploma or GED
• Must have some experience in Accounting 
• Long term Administrative or office experience 

Responsibilities:  

• Give your full attention to the customer, and ask clarifying questions
• Handle returns or complaints, and escalate complex problems to relevant teams 
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
• Provide information about products and services, and answer questions 
• Listen to customer questions and concerns, and pay attention to their tone and body language 
• Manage your time well
•  Pay close attention to detail

Schedule: 1st Shift, 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay: $16+ / Hour
