We are hiring a Shear Operator / Skilled Laborer for a manufacturing facility in Hope, AR. This role is responsible for operating a shear machine, performing precision measurements, handling angle beams, and supporting general skilled labor tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone with mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with metal or industrial equipment.

• Operate shear machine to cut metal materials to specification

• Accurately measure materials using tape measures and precision tools

• Stack and organize 20’ beams and finished product

• Perform skilled labor duties throughout the shop as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines

• Assist with material handling and staging

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing, metal, or skilled labor experience preferred

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform precision measurements

• Comfortable lifting and stacking heavy materials
